Ring with moissanite [iced-out], inspired by Aurora, mythological figure associated with the dawn in Roman mythology. She is the Roman counterpart of the Greek goddess Eos. Aurora personifies the aspect of dawn as a goddess who brings light and the new day.
In Roman mythology, Aurora was considered the sister of Helios (the sun) and Selene (the moon). Every day, Aurora would rise from her palace in the far east and drive her chariot across the sky to announce the arrival of the new day. Her presence was often accompanied by a splendid display of colors that characterize the dawn.
She was often depicted as a radiant and enchanting young woman, with a veil of light enveloping her body. She was admired for her beauty and her life-giving energy that brought about the awakening and rebirth of nature.
