PERSEPHONE - Moissanite Ring

Ring with a pear cut moissanite, inspired by Persephone, a character in Greek mythology. According to legend, Persephone was abducted by Hades and taken to the underworld where she became his queen. The story of Persephone is often interpreted as a metaphor for the cyclical nature of life and death, as during her stay in the underworld, Demeter mourned her absence, causing winter on earth. When Persephone returned to earth for her annual stay, Demeter rejoiced and spring returned to earth. Persephone is often associated with themes of death and rebirth, and her figure is often associated with concepts of transformation and change.
