NAUTILUS - Moissanite Pendant

A moissanite-studded pendant inspired by the Nautilus, the first true submarine equipped with an autonomous propulsion system, designed by French engineer Robert Fulton in 1800. The Nautilus was powered by a steam engine and could navigate underwater for a few hours before having to return to the surface to recharge its batteries. It was used successfully during the war against England, but was not very successful as a commercial transportation means.
